LION’S Club

The local Lion’s Club meets monthly. They host the Christmas Parade, the Splash Dash 5K, and more throughout the year. The Lions club is the great sponsor of the Orfordville Walking Path. These members stay active in the community by assisting with events throughout the year.

Forever 34 Foundation

The Forever 34 Foundation is a nonprofit foundation that was formed in loving memory of Adam Reihl and Josh Long, cousins that both lost their lives at the young age of 34. Josh and Adam were passionate, generous givers to anything related to children, special needs, and the elderly. Our mission is to support children who have lost a parent as well as donating to charities and programs they cared about. These two men lived extra extraordinary lives, and now we can honor them in so many deserving ways!

John Kinna Memorial Fund

The John Kinna Memorial Fund’s foundation is built on 3 pillars: Education, Youth Sports and Community. These are 3 areas that John spent his life involved in and supporting. He was born in Footville and graduated from Orfordville High School. After serving his country during the Korean War he graduated from UW-Whitewater then began his 30 year teaching and coaching career at Parkview. He was the head baseball coach for 25 years and assistant football coach for 14 years. His dedication to community was evident as he served the Village of Footville as its village President for 25 years. In the short time since the Fund’s inception we have supported students, local organizations and community projects with over $20,000 in funds. Now we set our efforts on raising money to improve and renovate the baseball diamond that meant so much to Coach Kinna. Time and use have taken a toll on the baseball diamond. Visit our FB page for more information or reach out to Julia at jrengler@gmail.com.
