Our very own Georgia Rizzoto won Best Of Show at the Green County Fair! ! Her patriotic quilt is fabulous, and she deserves the Best Of Show award. You’ll see Georgia working in the shop from time to time, and we are so proud to be her friends. Well done Georgia!

Phil Andrews Memorial Award presented to Katie Klassy
Katie Klassy awarded the “Phil Andrew Memorial Award”
Congratulations to Katie Klassy on being awarded the Phil Andrew Memorial Award for Livestock Exhibitors!
The award was established in the early 1980s by the Russell Andrew family to honor the memory of Phil Andrew. It was created to recognize outstanding youth who demonstrate exceptional leadership, sportsmanship, and success across their livestock projects. The award spans multiple livestock categories at the fair, including beef, swine, and sheep
Katie Klassy is a member of the Plymouth 4-H . Award took place at the Rock County Fair this past week.

September 11-13th Community Rummage Sale
Community Rummage Sales September 11-13th
The Orfordville, Footville, and Brodhead Community-Wide Rummage Sales are set to take place from September 11th to 13th this fall. This event presents a fantastic opportunity for residents to declutter their homes and for bargain hunters to discover unique finds. Interested participants should act quickly, if you are wanting your rummages sale at the Orfordville Market Day, 10 booths are opened for this market only for this. To make the most of this event, the Brodhead Free Press is offering an affordable advertising option: for just $6.00, you can list your address and up to 20 items in their ad. This is a perfect chance to connect with your community, clear out unused items, and perhaps even find something special you've been looking for.
Orfordville Market Day is the same day and will be in the Village of Orfordville Parking Lot from 9-1 pm . Food stand and Wicked Awakening will be there along with many vendors and rummage sale booths.
