125th Celebration

The Village of Orfordville proudly celebrated its 125th anniversary with a walk through history on June 29th 2025. This 125th celebration served as an opportunity for the Orfordville community to come together, reflect on its heritage, and look ahead to continued growth and prosperity.

This past week, Junior Chloe Cleasby had the incredible opportunity to attend the American Legion Auxiliary Badger Girls State (ALABGS), where she spent five days learning, growing, and connecting with amazing young women from across the state. They were also celebrating their 80th year anniversary. She was placed in the city of Hickory and participated in the interest group Patriotism. Through this group, she learned the proper way to fold the American flag, the meaning behind each fold, and had the chance to teach the rest of the girls how to fold it too. Chloe is beyond thankful for the American Legion Auxiliary Unit 209 for sponsoring her and giving her the amazing opportunity to go.
