The Orfordville Economic Development Committee will be hosting a Ribbon Cutting Ceremony at Food is Fuel located at 204 W. Brodhead Street in Orfordville. The Ribbon Cutting Ceremony will be held at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, June 25th. The Ribbon Cutting Ceremony is being held to formally welcome and congratulate Dianna & Jason Grenawalt to the Village as business owners. Dianna Grenawalt picked this date, as it is the original date of the grand opening for when the property became a gas station. Food is Fuel is a great asset to the Village of Orfordville. They are known for their great sandwiches, smoothies, popcorn, coffee, soups, and ice cream! The Village is so grateful that Food is Fuel has fulfilled the need for fresh produce and other groceries for our residents. Dianna Grenawalt saw the need for fresh produce and meat options in the Village and brought them to us. Grenawalt promotes local farmers by selling their local products in her store. You can purchase local beef, pork, buffalo, elk, lamb chops, and brats right here in Orfordville. Food is Fuel also offers fresh eggs, Decatur Dairy Cheese, honey, syrup, jams, and soups.
